In its second acquisition announcement – so far – in September, Asker Healthcare Group has signed an agreement to acquire Labo Clinic, a specialised distributor of medical equipment, consumables and services to public hospitals and clinics in Poland, strengthen its position in Poland and opening up further opportunities for cooperation across Asker companies in the region.
Labo Clinic is a Polish distributor with a market-leading position in neurosurgical microscopes and a specialised offering for operating rooms and hospital pharmacy workflows. Its portfolio includes products and solutions within neurosurgery, chemotherapy, ENT and dental, as well as disposables, supported by technical servicing and maintenance.
The company has 13 employees and generated revenue of approximately SEK100m (US$10.4m) in the past financial year.
On 1 September, Asker announced the acquisition of Med Kjemi, a specialist distributor of equipment and consumables for hospital laboratories in Norway.
Over the past 15 years, Asker has acquired a large number of companies. It listed on Nasdaq Stockholm in 2025. Shares priced at SEK70, it last traded at SEK74.85.
