Asker Healthcare Group, a Stockholm-listed provider of medical products and solutions to the European healthcare sector, has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Ambercell Solutions, a Baltic medtech solutions provider and distributor.

Ambercell provides therapy- and procedure-specific packs and medical consumables through its proprietary integrated supply chain management platform, alongside a broad portfolio of medical products, technologies, and clinical solutions across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
