International investment firm, BC Partners, has agreed to acquire a co-control stake in Switzerland-headquartered InfoRLife from its founder and CEO Sergio Dusci and the founding families of Italian chemical-pharmaceutical company ACS Dobfar. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but press reports point to a company valuation of US$1.5bn.
Founded in 2002 as a division of ACS, InfoRLife is the only pure-play B2B dossier developer and CDMO specialising in the ready-to-use IV infusion bag market. The company provides end-to-end development, manufacturing, and out-licensing capabilities and operates three sites across Switzerland, Romania, and Tunisia.

In partnership with ACS, BC Partners will help the accelerate growth by investing in R&D, broadening its product pipeline, driving operational excellence, and pursuing M&A.

This investment is the second investment from Fund XII following the acquisition of Fortidia.
