Singapore: HST Medical acquired by Kowa Pharmaceutical Asia to scale health brands globally

-

HST Medical, a Singapore-based provider of health supplements and traditional remedies, has been acquired by Singapore-based Kowa Pharmaceutical Asia, a sub-subsidiary of Japan’s Kowa Company.

“This partnership empowers us to take our Singapore-grown brands to the global stage with renewed vigour and capability,” said Nikhil Kapur, president of HST Medical.

By joining Kowa, HST Medical gains access to Kowa’s global networks, development support, and a wider product portfolio for its customers.

Following this acquisition, HST Medical will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kowa Pharmaceutical Asia.
