France: Destia accelerates next phase of growth with new investors

-

Destia, the leading French provider of home care services for seniors and people with disabilities, has attracted new investors to support the group’s next phase of growth in France and across Europe. New investors Bpifrance, Three Hills, Turenne Santé and VYV, join new historical shareholders – Siparex ETI (majority shareholder since 2021), alongside BNP Paribas Développement, MACSF, Azulis, Après demain and Crédit Agricole – which are reinvesting.

“This change in our shareholding structure marks a new stage of growth for Destia,” said Xavier Mura, Destia’s founding president. “It brings together new partners and historical shareholders, faithful to our vision, with a common ambition: to build the future of home care by placing employees at the heart of the company’s project.”

Founded in 2006 by Mura, Destia has a network of 180 agencies in France and Europe and offers a complete range of services promoting autonomy and well-being at home. Destia also offers inclusive housing solutions, has developed and a training activity dedicated to the home help professions.

Since the entry of Siparex ETI into the shareholder structure, Destia’s turnover has increased from €100m to more than €250m in 2025, driven by organic growth and more than 40 acquisitions which saw it establish a presence in Spain, Ireland, Germany and Switzerland.

“Since 2021, Xavier Mura and his teams have demonstrated a remarkable ability to transform the group, to multiply acquisitions with discipline and to open new markets in Europe, while asserting a singular identity,” according to Guillaume Rebaudet and Thibaud de Portzamparc, partners of Siparex ETI. “This transaction is a new strategic step in the continuation of Destia’s development path.”
