UK-based private equity investor, LDC, has added two new partners – Nicola Gray and Chris Coulton – to its portfolio team.
Gray joins from Epiris, where she spent 12 years in investment roles, most recently as investment partner and a member of the investment committee. She previously held roles at Phoenix Equity Partners and PwC. She will be based in London.
Coulton returns to LDC, having served as portfolio director between 2016 and 2023. He was previously director and deputy head of the Sustainable Infrastructure Portfolio at Gresham House and a director at Deloitte. He will be based in the firm’s Manchester and Nottingham offices.
LDC’s portfolio team works alongside the management teams of its portfolio businesses, providing them with advice and expertise to help them grow, navigate challenges and unlock new opportunities.
LDC is the private equity investment arm of Lloyds Banking Group.
