Switzerland: Healthcare Holding Schweiz closes CHF80m syndicated financing

-

Healthcare Holding Schweiz, a buy & build platform and provider of medical technology products and services in Switzerland, has closed a CHF80m (US$86m) syndicated financing.

UBS acted as MLA, coordinator and agent. The syndicate includes, among others, Zuger Kantonalbank, Liechtensteinische Landesbank and Bank CIC (Schweiz).

The financing increases Healthcare Holding Schweiz’s financial flexibility for acquisitions and the organic development of its group companies.

“The successful syndication marks an important milestone for Healthcare Holding Schweiz,” said Fabio Fagagnini, CEO of Healthcare Holding Schweiz. “It underscores the confidence our financing partners have in our business model and our successful development to date. The new financing structure provides us with a strong foundation to develop our Group in a targeted manner and continue pursuing our growth strategy.”

Since its establishment in 2021, Healthcare Holding Schweiz has made more than 20 acquisitions, bringing together established and specialised companies from across the medical technology sector.

Healthcare Holding Schweiz is backed by KKA Partners and Winterberg Advisory.
