UK-based strategic property consultancy, Cluttons, has appointed iain lock as partner and head of its newly launched Healthcare & Senior Living division.
Lock has nearly 40 years of sector expertise, including 13 years as managing director Health in London for Canada-based Avison Young.
He joins alongside Amanda Roddy, who started in May, to deliver a full suite of consultancy and transactional services – from valuation, agency and lease advisory to development and investment consultancy.
