Germany: PwC in Germany expands its corporate finance and M&A advisory team in healthcare with Jens Gerlach and Julian Knirim

Jens Gerlach and Julian Knirim have joined PwC in Germany as partners, boosting the firm’s capacity in healthcare M&A activities in Germany and Europe. They will advise clients on both national and cross-border transactions from Frankfurt.
  
Both Gerlach and Knirim have more than 15 years of experience in healthcare investment banking and have advised on more than 100 international transactions in the DACH region as well as internationally with a clear focus on healthcare services, medtech, healthcare technology, and pharma & life sciences.

Most recently, they worked in the European healthcare team at Lincoln International. They both joined Lincoln International in 2020 from Raymond James.
