Germany: Alantra acts as financial advisor to GPNZ on sale to Mydent

-

Alantra has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Gesellschaft für Praxisnachfolge in der Zahnmedizin (GPNZ), a network of regional dental practices in Germany, on its sale to Mydent zahnmedizinisches Versorgungszentrum.

The combination brings together two established dental groups with complementary regional footprints, creating a network of around 30 locations across Germany. Together, GPNZ and mydent will have greater scale to support the continued development of their practices and services and drive growth.

Founded in 2018, GPNZ operates a network of 19 dental clinics, a dental laboratory and a hospital, employing approximately 380 professionals. The group has built a strong presence in Germany, with a particular focus on mid-sized cities and affluent suburban areas.

mydent is an independent, dentist-led dental group founded in 2018 by Dr Kutlutürk and Dr Özcan. The group currently operates 12 locations across North Rhine-Westphalia and Hesse and offers a broad range of modern dental services, including general dentistry and preventive care, implantology, oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics and aesthetic dentistry.
