Switzerland: Novartis to acquire Anthos Therapeutics for up to US$3.1bn

Nick Herbert has over 30 years’ experience in the financial markets, as both a practitioner and journalist. He started work as an investment banker in London, before joining International Financing Review (IFR) to report on debt capital markets and derivatives.
