Unident, Nuent’s Nordic platform, has acquired Dental Miljø Teknikk, a specialised dental technical services company headquartered in Vestby, south of Oslo.
The acquisition adds a differentiated capability to Unident’s operations and advances Unident’s strategy of building a more comprehensive offering for dental professionals across the Nordic region.
Nuent Group, based in Sweden, is a distribution platform specialising in dental consumables, equipment and laboratory services, operating across more than 10 European markets and owned by Triton Partners since 1998, when the investor acquired Unident, TS Dental and Gama Dental. Nuent was founded in 2023 as a group-level holding company with the merger of dental supply company Unident from Sweden with Dutch companies ADT and Hofmeester.
