Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has expanded into the Republic of Ireland dental market, bringing the UK’s largest dedicated dental brokerage and advisory team, comprises 35 specialists, to a sector experiencing growing investor and operator interest.
The move into the Republic of Ireland marks another step in Christie & Co’s growth strategy and further strengthens its position as a leading adviser to the dental sector. The broker has just been engaged on a sell-side mandate for the divestment of 20 dental practices across the country, underlining both the appetite from practice owners exploring strategic options and the strength of buyer demand.
“Following the success of our dental brokerage business in the UK, expanding into the Republic of Ireland is a natural next step for us,” said Paul Graham, managing director – Medical, who will be leading the expansion. “We identified a clear opportunity to bring our specialist expertise to a market that currently lacks the depth of transactional and advisory support available elsewhere.”
Christie & Co has been exploring opportunities in the Irish market for some time, according to Darren Bond, global managing director, who said “We are delighted to be supporting clients in a sector that continues to demonstrate strong fundamentals, growing investor interest, and significant potential for future growth.”
In 2025, Christie & Co advised on, agreed, or completed the sale of 1,241 dental practices with a combined value exceeding £1.7bn (US$2.3bn) through its agency, advisory, and professional services teams.
