Germany: Sanner Group appoints Dirk Scholz as new CFO

Dirk Scholz has taken up his new role as CFO of the Sanner Group, a Germany-based global healthcare packaging and medical device CDMO. He succeeds Henrik Bøggild, who left Sanner after 3-1/2 years to pursue a new professional opportunity. 

Shcolz, who has a track record of more than 30 years in finance leadership and general management, joins Sanner at an exciting stage of our growth journey, according to Stefan Verheyden, CEO. “He will support us in further fostering our international growth and in positioning us as a leading global provider of customer-specific solutions and services in medtech, diagnostics, pharma, and consumer healthcare.”

Sanner is a portfolio company of GHO. GHO invested in Sanner in 2021.
