According to the FT, Europe is becoming the most attractive place to invest in social infrastructure. Healthcare plays a unique role in this – acute and behavioural hospitals, nursing homes, medical office buildings, special education, clinical labs and more – the definition is widening, and many are underpinned by real estate.
