UK: Colliers bolsters healthcare team with hire of Paddy Evans

Colliers has recruited healthcare property expert Paddy Evans to its 12-strong Healthcare department to support fund valuations and transactions.

Evans, has an extensive track record spanning portfolio and fund valuations, major transactions, refinancing projects and corporate consultancy. He has more than 20 years of specialist healthcare real estate and investment experience, most recently working buyside with Montreux Capital, a fund that owned Active Care. Previously led Knight Frank’s Healthcare corporate consultancy & advisory team, where he advised on many of the UK healthcare sector’s most high-profile and complex transactions.

Evans return to the agency side will bolster Colliers’ expertise in fund valuation, strategic advisory and transactional services in what has been a record-breaking year for the team and the sector.

“[Evans’] deep sector insight and proven ability to deliver on complex mandates will be invaluable for our clients and we are excited for what lies ahead for the team,” said co-heads of Colliers’ Healthcare team, Richard Harris and Adam Lenton.
