Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals Charity has appointed Matthew Kennedy, Charlie Carrington-Brown, and Gira Davda to its board of trustees. The new trustees bring a wealth of experience and passion that will strengthen the charity’s mission to advance care for heart and lung patients.
Kennedy has over 20 years of leadership experience across the tech and telecoms industries, having held significant roles at giffgaff, Virgin Media O2, Tesco Mobile, and IBM. His connection to RBH charity’s cause is deeply personal, as he received life-saving surgery at Royal Brompton as a child. His dedication to the charity has already been evident through his valued support and leadership.
Carrington-Brown has over 30 years of experience in integrated marketing, spanning entertainment, telecoms, and finance. Currently serving as the SVP of marketing & communications at Mastercard UK & Ireland, she is a champion of diversity, empowerment, and high-performing teams. Her strategic insight and energy will be invaluable.
Davda combines a lifelong passion for healthcare with over 25 years of expertise in financial services. As a chartered accountant and executive leader at Brightwell Pensions, she has held senior roles at UBS and NatWest. Her commitment to the RBH charity is driven by the outstanding care her mother received at Royal Brompton.
