Italy: KKR said mulling takeover of GPI Group

News reports point to KKR planning a takeover of GPI Group, an Italy-listed developer of software solutions, services, and technologies to support the digital transformation and sustainability of healthcare systems. GPI has a market cap of around €375m. Its share price has risen from a close of €13.04 on 16 July to an open of €14.38 on 18 July.  They opened at €10.82 at the beginning of the year.
